Lovely atmosphere, very friendly staff/owners. This shop also sells home-made coffee beans. You can tell this shop has been there for ages. You don’t see this kind of shop much nowadays. It is a shop that you can enjoy, and to experience/ observe the neighborhood. Coffee and food were great as well. Recommended!

A delightful local café run by a cafe veteran couple. There is lots to choose from on the food and drink menu, all with very reasonable prices. This time around I got a small bit of traditional Japanese kissaten-style pizza toast and it was prepared really quickly, of course with great drip coffee to come with it. Recommend for breakfast as the set is a good deal! The customer service is quick and efficient too, always a bonus. I loved overhearing the daily conversations going on with the local neighbourhood regulars - it really is a cafe for the community. The shop only allows electronic cigarettes so you will not be surrounded by the strong tobacco smell or see the smoke of other customers (unlike in other traditional kissaten cafes) which is a big bonus.

Nice little coffee shop / cafe to grab a breakfast set at. Has a nice old feel, but not dirty, nice and clean. Sets are all under 700 yen and the staff is a friendly couple. Coffee seems to be the thing here, but I don't drink coffee but enjoyed the tea. They allow smoking of "heated tobacco" but not regular cigarettes.

Beautiful locally owned cafe. We had an egg sandwich and the eggs and bacon set with coffee. Coffee was excellent, service was even better. Foreigner friendly.

Insane sandwiches and coffee. Has a very home-y, cozy, handmade taste to it. It’s owned by a very cute couple, stuck in time which it’s a nice feeling to have when surrounded by lights and noise all the time in Japan. Would recommend the cinnamon toast and any of the pressed sandwiches.
